| Board bus to Skinner State park trailhead: 1 Skinner State Park Rd, Amherst MA 01002 | |
| (Bus will stay at the park, if you wish you can leave things on the bus. There are toilets on the bus, but not on the trail or at the Summit House.) | |
| Rain contingency location: Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art, 125 W Bay Rd, Amherst, MA 01002 | |
| 1:30pm | Walk ~45 minutes to Summit House with beautiful view of the Pioneer Valley |
| 3:10pm | Walk back to bus at trailhead. |
| 4:00pm | Bus leaves trailhead, traveling to banquet at: Quonquont Farm, 9 North St, Whately, MA 01093 |
| 5:00pm | Drinks and appetizers at Quonquont Farm |
| 6:00pm | Banquet Dinner at Quonquont Farm |
| 7:00pm | Invited talk at banquet by Fernando Pereira (Google) |
| 7:30pm | Dessert |
| 8:30pm | Bus leaves Quonquont Farm, traveling back to UMass and hotels. |

Skinner State Park
Start walk at lower parking.
Walk about 45-60 minutes on paved and dirt road marked in red to Summit House at top of Mt. Holyoke. (There are toilets on the bus, but not on the trail or at the Summit House.)
